These printable student data tracking sheets will...

⭐️ foster a growth mindset and increase student motivation

⭐️ encourage your class to be more accountable for their learning

⭐️ help your students better understand feedback and recognize where they are in the learning process

All with a relatable, sports inspired twist!

What's Included:

  • PDF file with 10 student data trackers for the fourth grade math TEKS organized by domain/strand:

    • Mathematical Process Standards [1 tracking sheet]

    • Number & Operations [3 tracking sheets]

    • Algebraic Reasoning [1 tracking sheet]

    • Measurement & Geometry [3 tracking sheets]

    • Data Analysis [1 tracking sheet]

    • Personal Financial Literacy [1 tracking sheet]

  • Each set of tracking sheets includes TWO options for the levels of understanding (with and without achievement level 2.5) = a total of 20 student data trackers

✏️ How to Use this Resource:

  • After assessing a standard/skill, provide each student with feedback that includes their achievement level (1-4). Students should locate the math standard on their data tracking sheet and shade their level (creating a bar graph).

  • As they continue to work on a standard and receive additional feedback, they will track their growth by shading up to their new level. Their goal is to reach level 3 or higher in each of the math TEKS by the end of the school year.
