In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1:1 NIVGod made everything in the world. On the first day of creation, God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. God separated the light from the darkness. Huge elephants, tiny turtles, playful monkeys and majestic lions were created perfectly by Him! Then God continued to work and made the first man and the first woman. On the seventh day, God rested. Everything was complete and God saw that everything He made was good. Teach young children the story of creation and that God is perfect in all that He does.
